The short answer
Corporate catering in Cape Town across a published per-person band with a fixed minimum spend. Every quote is all-in — staff, rentals and travel itemised up front — with invoicing and PO support, one accountable coordinator, and a replacement guarantee on all staffing.
From six-person boardroom lunches to multi-day conference catering, the mechanics are the same: you brief us once, we send one fixed itemised number, and that number is what lands on your invoice.
The all-in promise
The usual corporate catering quote: catering ✓ — then staff extra, rentals extra, travel extra, and a final invoice that doesn't resemble the quote. It's the single biggest complaint we hear from office managers about incumbent caterers.
Our quote: one fixed number, itemised. Chefs, waiters, rentals, travel and setup appear as lines you approve before anything is booked. If it isn't on the quote, it doesn't appear on the invoice.
Four formats, one standard
Boardroom plated lunches for 6–16. Canapé and cocktail receptions from 20 up. Spit braai events when the brief says celebration, not sandwiches. And next-day drop-off platters for the everyday — each format shows its from-price before you message us.
Every format carries the same terms: all-in quote, published staffing rates, replacement-or-refund guarantee.

Rates, staffing and minimums — published
The per-person band, the drop-off rate and every staffing line come straight from our canonical rate card — the same numbers that appear on our pricing page. Prices include VAT where stated; public-holiday and festive multipliers are published.
If your procurement team needs the numbers in a spreadsheet, your coordinator sends the itemised quote in whatever format finance asks for.

February books out
Cape Town's corporate calendar has a hard spike: Mining Indaba and the Investec Art Fair land in February, CTICC fills, and every decent catering team in the city is committed. If your event sits in that window, lock the date early.
The second spike is Ke Dezemba — year-end function season from mid-November. Peak Fridays commit first, and our year-end functions page carries the booking windows and headcount packages.
What procurement teams ask us
Can you onboard as a vendor? Yes — company details, banking verification and tax documentation are provided with your first quote. Can you split invoices by cost centre? Yes — recurring accounts invoice monthly, itemised per event or per department as your finance team prefers.
Can you hold a date while approval moves through the chain? We hold dates provisionally for an agreed window, and we tell you the moment another enquiry lands on the same date. No pressure tactics — just the honest state of the calendar.
