The short answer
Boardroom dining in Cape Town for 6 to 16 guests — discreet plated lunches and dinners served in your own meeting room. Professional small-team service, NDAs welcomed, wine-pairing options, and a recurring retainer for standing bookings on one monthly invoice.
This is the quiet end of corporate catering: no buffet noise, no chafing dishes, no interruption. Courses land between agenda items, not on top of them — and the room is handed back exactly as we found it.
Discretion as a product feature
Boardrooms host conversations that aren't public. Our teams are briefed accordingly: NDAs are welcomed, service is silent where the meeting requires it, and setup and clear-down happen around your schedule — not during the sensitive agenda item.
One senior chef and one or two waiters is the standard brigade. Small enough to be invisible, senior enough that nothing reaches the table below standard.
Menus lean precise and quiet too: plated courses that eat cleanly over documents and laptops, no sauces that demand attention, no theatrical table-side anything. If the lunch is part of the negotiation, the food should be a point in your favour — never the distraction.
Menus and pairing
Plated two- and three-course menus sit inside the published corporate band; a sommelier pairing add-on turns a working lunch into a hosted one — South African small producers, poured and introduced course by course.
Client-supplied wine is welcome and common at this level; we'll advise on the menu match either way. Prices include VAT where stated, and every line itemises on the quote — approved once, invoiced once.

The standing Tuesday lunch
Most boardroom clients don't book once — they book the second Tuesday of every month. The retainer format exists for exactly that: a standing brief, priority scheduling, and one consolidated monthly invoice your finance team approves once.
Set it up with one WhatsApp message. Menu rotations, dietary notes and headcount changes run through your named coordinator; the paperwork doesn't multiply with the bookings.
Retainer clients also get first call on the dates that matter — budget-season board meetings, results-week lunches, December. Priority scheduling is written into the account terms, not implied.
Where boardroom dining happens
Most boardroom work runs through the City Bowl, Foreshore and Century City offices, with Southern Suburbs and Seaboard addresses close behind — all Zone 1, travel included. Winelands executive offsites in Stellenbosch and Franschhoek carry the published Zone 2–3 travel lines.
The room itself needs very little: a table, a power point and ninety minutes of access before service. We've planned boardroom lunches for glass towers, heritage buildings and wine-estate meeting rooms — the standard travels with the team, and the run-sheet is confirmed with your office the day before.
What we need from you
Boardroom service is deliberately low-friction. Four things make it run perfectly:

- dietary capture per guest in advance — discreetly handled at the table
Quoted separately
- pairing add-ons, premium staffing upgrades, Zone 2–3 travel
- From you: boardroom access 90 minutes before service, a power point, and the agenda timings
