The Bali kitchen — mychef.id — was founded in 2019 and built the playbook the family still runs: published day rates, a villa partner programme, and a company-owned team rather than a freelancer directory. It remains the family's largest operation.

Dubai — mychef.ae
The Dubai kitchen — mychef.ae — is the customer-facing brand of Numini FZC, registered in the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, and part of Global Catering, which has been operating since 2015. Dubai contributed the family's honesty rules: no review markup until reviews are real, and vetting disclosed in public.

Cape Town — the third kitchen
Cape Town is the newest market — this site. The Cape kitchen adopts the family's published-price playbook and honesty register, localised for the Cape: braai alongside fine dining, the Winelands alongside the Atlantic Seaboard, and South African dietary protocols including halaal-friendly service with strict protocols.
