Because we are new in Cape Town and have delivered no local events yet. Rather than borrow credibility, we publish reviews as events are delivered — every one from a verified booking, with the client's permission.

Can I see reviews from your other markets?

Our sister operations in Bali and Dubai run their own local review profiles, and we will not republish them as Cape Town proof. The myCHEF family page explains the group; this page stays strictly Cape Town, strictly real.

How will I know a review is real?

Reviews publish via our Google Business Profile, written on Google's platform where we cannot edit them, and every reviewer is a verified booking. No self-hosted testimonial wall, no star widgets before real reviews exist.

myCHEF Cape Town is a new operation. As of launch we have delivered no Cape Town events, so there are no Cape Town reviews — and we will not fill this page with borrowed, bought or invented ones. Every review that appears here will come from a verified booking, with the client's permission.

Our launch posture, stated plainly

This is a family standard, not a marketing angle: our sister operation in Dubai runs the same rule — no review markup, no rating widgets, until the reviews are real. When the first reviews land, this page carries them word for word, good and bad.

Where the reviews will live

Our Google Business Profile goes live with the business, and the link publishes here the day it does. Google reviews are written by clients on Google's platform — we cannot edit, curate or delete them, which is exactly why they will be the canonical record.

Every reviewer is a verified booking. After each event we ask the client for an honest review, and a thank-you credit programme for verified reviewers is being finalised as a business decision — its terms publish here before it launches.
